Footnotes

The Reliant Scimitar GTE is a very versatile classic that offers distinctive shooting-brake style. They are generally very solid with their fibreglass body and Ford-sourced powertrains that help them to stand the test of time. This 1975 GTE is a manual example with overdrive that's powered by a 2,994cc Ford Essex V6. Purchased by the vendor's late husband in 1979, this example offers excellent potential and is being sold for restoration. The bodywork is overall solid and however the brown paintwork is now very tired. The car comes equipped with some history including its V5 logbook, and a new stainless steel exhaust was supposedly fitted in 1993. This is a complete example of a GTE project car that has been dry stored for much of its life.
