Footnotes

Styled by Giovanni Michelotti, the Triumph Herald was a popular and much loved car of the 1960s. Produced in saloon, coupe, convertible and estate body styles, the Herald was incredibly versatile, cheap and stylish. This 1970 convertible is a later 13/60 model which was the final update for the Herald before production ended in 1971. Purchased by the vendor's late husband in 1978, this example is presented as a project and offers excellent potential. The paintwork is tired, but the body is overall solid and complete having been stored in the very barn it was found for much of its life. The car also comes equipped with some history including its V5 logbook. This is a very collectable classic Triumph that offers great potential.
