THE PICKUP OFFERED

This 1937 Speed Delivery is an older restoration presented in Brick Red with brown leatherette upholstery, condition 3. Equipment is pleasingly period-correct: a B&B Deluxe heater, opening windshield, driver's sun visor, a single right-hand sidemount, metal bed floor, Tilt-Ray headlights, and accessory parking lamps. Discreet additions — modern turn signals and orange-painted wheels wearing hubcaps, trim rings, and 7.00-16 LT tires — aid usability without compromising character. The paint now shows its age, with some corrosion evident along the front fender joints and areas of orange peel. The interior is largely sound though the seat back is torn; gauges are clear and crisp, chrome remains decent, and the truck presents as an honest, usable driver rather than a show piece. A rarely seen marque in a form that can be enjoyed immediately while cosmetic work is planned at leisure.
