A comfortable medium-size touring car with a top speed of 120km/h (74mph), the BMW 320 was produced between 1937 and 1938. Approximately 4,200 cars were made, of which 1,835 were cabriolets like this offered here, the majority being two-door saloons. The engine is the classic BMW straight six displacing 1,971cc and producing 45PS, while the gearbox is a four-speed unit. Very few examples of this model survive.

It is understood that this rare BMW 320 cabriolet came to Holland in August 1952. Presented in nice condition and ready to be enjoyed immediately, the car is offered with a current Dutch title and some old sales advertisements.

La BMW 320, une confortable voiture de tourisme de taille intermédiaire capable d'atteindre 120 km/h, fut produite entre 1937 et 1938 à environ 4 200 exemplaires. La majorité d'entre eux étaient des berlines deux-portes, et 1 835 des cabriolets tels que celui proposé ici. Son moteur est le classique six-cylindres en ligne BMW de 1 971 cm3 délivrant 45 ch associé à une boîte à quatre rapports. Il n'existe à ce jour que très peu d'exemplaires de ce modèle.

Il est admis que cette rare BMW 320 Cabriolet est arrivée en Hollande en août 1952. Dans un bel état et prête à se faire apprécier immédiatement, elle est proposée avec son actuel titre de propriété néerlandais et quelques anciennes publicités commerciales.
