THE CAR OFFERED

Bow-Tie enthusiasts rejoiced when Chevrolet finally announced the return of the Camaro for the 2010 model year. After a hiatus of almost a decade, Chevy fans wondered if their beloved pony car would ever return to the scene, or if the Mustang would be left to its own as a market of one.

Thankfully, when the fifth-generation Camaro arrived, it brought a retro-modern look inspired by the 1969 Camaro, and a proper rear-drive platform with V8 power thanks to underpinnings shared with the Australian Holden brand. Taking the fight straight to the Mustang GT was the SS, which came out swinging with an LS3 V8 rated at 426bhp when paired with the manual transmission. A convertible followed in 2011, and the Camaro was once again a mainstay of modern American muscle car scene.

This 2011 Camaro SS Convertible was purchased new by the Golden State Muscle Car Collection and has covered approximately 5,500 miles from new. It is well equipped with the 2SS package, LS3 V8 and 6-speed manual transmission. Finished in Victory Red with white stripes, it serves as a bookend to the collection's 1967 Camaro SS 396.

Accompanied by a clean CARFAX report, it is in superb condition thanks to its very low mileage and is ready to enjoy. A capable and remarkably practical modern muscle car, it makes a fine complement to a classic Camaro.

Buyers Premium and Charges
The final bid (hammer) price of each lot will be subject to a buyer's premium.
For MOTORCAR property the premium is 12% on the first $250,000 of the bid price and 10% on any amount of the bid price exceeding $250,000.
For MOTORCYCLE property the premium is 15% on the first $100,000 of the bid price and 10% on any amount of the bid price exceeding $100,000.
For AUTOMOBILIA or non motor vehicle property, the premium is 28% of the first $50,000 of the bid price, plus 27% of the amount of the bid price above $50,000 up to and including $1,000,000, plus 21% of the amount of the bid price above $1,000,000 up to and including $6,000,000, plus 14.5% of the amount of the bid price above $6,000,000.
A 3rd-party bidding platform fee equal to 4% of the Hammer Price shall be payable by buyers whose successful bid is submitted via 3rd-party bidding platforms, including Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.

Motor vehicle removal and storage charges will be charged by Passport Auto Transport according to its standard rates and ultimate destination of the vehicle(s). For applicable charges, please consult with Passport in advance of purchase. Uncollected Automobilia lots will be uplifted and stored by World Air & Ocean Services, Inc. removal and storage shall be at the buyer's sole risk and expense.
Automobilia removal, storage and shipping charges will be charged by World Air & Ocean Services, Inc according to its standard rates and ultimate destination of the lot(s). For applicable charges, please consult with World Air & Ocean Services, Inc in advance of purchase. Purchased lots become the buyer's risk once the hammer falls. Storage, collection, and uplift for paid and unpaid lot removal is at the buyer's sole risk and expense. Overseas buyers are strongly advised to make collection arrangements with Bonhams in advance of the auction. Buyers may have an authorised agent collect their purchases according to the collection deadline.
