personal scrapbook collated by the former Jaguar and Lister-Jaguar engineer responsible for the development of the Lister racing cars and introduction of Brian Lister to Archie Scott Brown, containing photographs and press cuttings relating to the early 1950s Cambridge '50 Car Club' and various trials, rallies and club events, with annotations, some photographs missing and covers worn; together with eight large format diaries for 1952 to 1959, with copious hand-written entries and notes by Moore relating to his work on cars including Lister and Lister-Jaguar racing models, and at race events with the Lister team; and a folder of various mid-1940s-1950s hand-written and typed correspondence and letterheads, to Don pertaining to motoring and racing, various other garage and personal matters, Don Moore's national service records, and other ephemera.

The refusal of any required Import Licence or Importer Statement, or any delay in obtaining such Licence or Statement shall not give rise to the rescission or cancellation of any Sale, nor allow any delay in making full payment for the Lot.
Buyers' Premium and Charges
For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:
Buyer's Premium Rates
30% on the first £25,000 of the hammer price;
28% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £25,000 up to and including £500,000;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £500,000 up to and including £1,000,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £1,000,000 up to and including £5,000,000;
and 14% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £5,000,000.
A 3rd party bidding platform fee of 4% of the Hammer Price for Buyers using the following bidding platforms will be added to the invoices of successful Buyers – Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.
VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
