"The autoped-like scooters – called at that time Motorläufer in Germany – had 185cc and 198cc engines fitted outside the small front wheel. Producing scooters was not a good proposition then and even the financially strong Krupp group was not in the trade for long." - Tragatsch.
In the case of the Krupp scooter, 'not for long' amounted to only some three years :1919-1921. According to its maker's advertising, Krupp's Motoroller afforded the following beneficial characteristics:

Cheap means of transport for everyone
Easy guidance and operation
High safety against accidents
Low weight / small footprint
Comfortable riding while standing or sitting

This rare Krupp motor scooter comes with a file of German paperwork to include a photocopied article about the model. The engine turns over. There is no registration document with this Lot.
Key not required
