• Single owner example
• Showing just 77,218 km (47,981 miles) at the time of cataloguing
• Major maintenance service performed in August, 2024
• A true rally icon from the end of the era
• Well presented, retaining many original details
Introduced in 1979 and crowned European Car of the Year in 1980, the Lancia Delta quickly evolved from a Giugiaro-styled family hatchback launched in 1979, into one of the most celebrated rally cars of all time. The Delta HF Integrale version, a 4-wheel drive 'hot hatch' with a turbocharged engine, achieved 46 victories overall and six consecutive Constructors' titles from 1987 and 1992, furnishing Juha Kankkunen and Miki Biasion with Drivers' Championship titles and cementing Lancia's place in motorsport history. The HF Integrale 16v was launched at the 1989 Geneva Motor Show and was immediately victorious on its San Remo Rally debut.
Powered by Lancia's turbocharged 2.0-litre 16-valve engine, it delivers 197hp, a 0–100 km/h time of just 5.7 seconds, and a top speed of 137 mph. Technical improvements include larger injectors, upgraded Garrett T3 turbocharger, revised torque split (47/53 front to rear), and uprated intercooling, along with the ability to run on unleaded fuel.
Externally distinguished by its raised bonnet to accommodate the larger engine, and subtle badging updates with wider wheels and tires, this Integrale 16v is one of the most desirable evolutions of the Delta lineage. The car received a Martini inspired livery package to pay homage to its racing heritage. With a major maintenance service in August 2024, this Delta represents both a milestone in rallying history and a 'ready-to-go' rally driver's dream. The major service consisted of a widely extensive list of new parts. Showing just 77,218 kilometers (47,981 miles) at the time of photography, this well preserved, single owner Lancia is ready to be enjoyed by its next caretaker.
