For most of the 1950s and 1960s Bianchi's road range consisted mainly of lightweights, the mainstay of production being models like the Tonale. Before then, though, the Italian firm also offered larger types such as the Stelvio, which helped them survive the difficult post-war years. Production of Bianchi motorcycles ceased in 1967.

As with all Lots in the Sale, this Lot is sold 'as is/where is' and Bidders must satisfy themselves as to the provenance, condition, age, completeness and originality prior to bidding.

Pendant l'essentiel des années 1950 et 1960, la gamme de tourisme de Bianchi comprenait surtout des motos légères ; elle s'articulait autour de modèles comme la Tonale. Auparavant toutefois, cette firme italienne proposait de grosses motos telles la Stelvio, qui l'aida à surmonter les difficultés de l'après-guerre. La production des Bianchi cessa en 1967.

De même que tous les lots de cette vente, ce lot est vendu "en l'état et à l'endroit où il se trouve" et les enchérisseurs doivent en vérifier la provenance, l'état, l'âge, la complétude et l'authenticité avant d'enchérir.
