'Time Traveller' by Lincoln Miles Architecture

'Time Traveller' by Lincoln Miles Architecture

Following on from their collaboration and participation in 2022 with 'Le Cork et Modular Dog' constructed entirely from cork with a bespoke hand illustrated and stitched cork filled sleeping cushion, Lincoln Miles Architecture and Lisa Traxler Artist are back with 'Time Traveller' for the 2024 edition of Barkitecture at Goodwoof. The concept represents an intergalactic time-zone transportation egg shaped pod accompanied by a framed artwork conveying exerts from Traxler's book, 'Tales of a Little Black Dog' hand drawn pages, illustrations of the Time Traveller canine.

Tales of a little black dog...
She is a time traveller, creating memories from the past and dreams for the future. In her travelling pod she carries the essentials, her passport and a storybook of adventures tucked inside a little bag.
Our pets are eternal, and even after their passing, we speak of them as if they are with us still, ready to walk through the door at any moment - always young, always healthy, and always on an adventure with us...

Lisa Traxler is an award winning artist often collaborating with Lincoln Miles.
She is a member of the Royal Watercolour Society, Royal Society of Sculptors and the London Group.
Her work can be found in collections in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Lincoln Miles Architecture was seen on the 2012 edition of Grand Designs
He works on bespoke client projects and design collaborations.
