Tous les lots seront transférés chez Paname Services, 54 Av. Gaston Monmousseau, 93240 Stains et seront disponibles à partir du lundi 18 décembre sur rendez-vous. Nous vous prions de vous adresser à [email protected] pour la prise de rendez-vous au moins 24h à l'avance.

Une pièce d'identité nationale sera demandée. Si un tiers collecte le lot à votre place, sa pièce d'identité ainsi qu'une autorisation écrite de votre part lui seront également demandées.

CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
Veuillez noter que nous n'acceptons pas les paiements de tiers. Un changement de propriété devra être fait si l'identité de l'acquéreur n'est pas le même que celle du payeur.

ASSURANCE APRES LA VENTE
Dès l'adjudication, tous les risques afférents au lot seront transférés à l'acheteur dans leur intégralité et sans la moindre réserve. A charge pour l'acheteur de faire assurer ses achats. Bonhams décline toute responsabilité quant aux dommages que l'achat pourrait encourir, dès l'adjudication prononcée.

TVA SUR LA COMMISSION D'ACHAT
Le taux de TVA en vigueur est de 20 % et s'applique à la Commission d'achat.
En sus du prix d'adjudication, l'acheteur devra payer sur le prix d'adjudication de chaque lot des frais de vente. Ces frais de vente s'appliquent à chaque lot et sont soumis à la TVA.

COUTS de STOCKAGE
Le stockage sera gratuit pour les premiers 14 jours suivant la vente. Les frais de stockage seront à payer à partir du 10 janvier 2024. Coûts de stockage : Chaque lot 6 euros TTC par jour (veuillez bien noter que les frais s'appliqueront à tous les jours, compris les weekends et jours fériés).

SYMBOLES

STORAGE
All lots will be removed to Paname Services, 54 Av. Gaston Monmousseau, 93240 Stains and will be available for collection from Monday 18th of December by appointment only. Please email [email protected] at least 24h in advance to take the appointment.

Photographic ID will be required at time of collection. If a third party is collecting for you written authorisation is required in advance from you and photographic ID of the third party is requested at the time of collection.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Please note that we don't accept third party payments. In the case that the invoiced entities' name does not correspond with the person or company that executes the payment, a change of buyer will have to be carried out.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
Buyers are reminded that their purchases are their responsibility from the fall of the auction hammer. It is your responsibility to have adequate insurance cover in place. Neither Bonhams, nor their agents will be liable for any damage or loss that the Lot may suffer from the fall of the auction hammer.

VAT
The prevailing rate of VAT is 20%.
Bonhams charges a Buyer's Premium. This applies to each lot purchased and is subject to VAT.
