MOTOR CARS
All vehicles must be collected from the Autoworld Museum by 12 noon Monday 15 May 2023 when cleared funds are received or on presentation of a proof of payment validated by those responsible for the sale.
Customers must however notify Suzanne Kress, BY EMAIL ONLY,
[email protected], of Bonhams no later than 8pm on the day of the sale if they will be collecting their vehicle that evening, or by 12 noon Monday 15 May 2023.
In the absence of customer instructions, all vehicles will be removed to a temporary storage facility near Brussels by the logistics company :
EXCLUTRANS B.V at your expense and risk.

All storage and removal charges must be paid in full prior to the vehicle's collection or onward transportation. Payment must be arranged with EXCLUTRANS B.V.
Collection is strictly by appointment only and at least 24-hours notice must be given.
Anyone wishing to collect a vehicle from the storage must first make sure that EXCLUTRANS B.V has received a release from Bonhams prior to arriving.
Buyers should satisfy themselves that they have collected all relevant registration and log books, documents and keys relating to their Lot(s) at the time of collection. EXCLUTRANS B.V, its agents & representatives accept no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever under any circumstances whilst items are in their control.

Please note that for lots which are subject to the normal local duty/ import tax on Hammer Price and/or Buyer's Premium: as Bonhams is
the guarantor of the customs duties and taxes clearance, these motor cars cannot be released to the buyer or his transporter immediately after the sale.

All automobilia can be collected from the Autoworld Museum when payment is received after the sale until 12noon on Sunday 14 May 2023.
Thereafter, all lots will be packed and transferred to the PANAME Services Automobilia Storage Facility in Paris.
Customers must however notify Suzanne Kress, BY EMAIL ONLY,
[email protected], of Bonhams no later than 8pm on the day of the sale if they will be collecting their purchase that evening, or by 12 noon Sunday 14 May 2023.
In the absence of customer instructions, all Automobilia items will be removed to the Bonhams warehouse in Paris by the logistics company ACR at your expense and risk.
