Footnotes

This Vintage-era lightweight from an obscure European (possibly Austrian) make is fitted with an overhead-valve engine by Snob Motorenwerke GmbH of Düsseldorf. Tragatsch says this about Snob: "Was the leading four-stroke lightweight machine in Germany during the early 1920s. Production versions had 154cc IOE single-cylinder engines, while works racing models had OHV engines designed by Karl Döpfner." Notable features include a Fscher magneto and a Reiman acetylene headlamp and candle lamp. An older restoration, the machine is offered with a selection of photographs. There are no documents with this Lot.
