From 28 June 2025, the import into the EU of non-EU property of a certain age (and in some categories above a certain value) is subject to additional requirements. Under the relevant EU Regulation, it is the Buyer's sole responsibility to assess whether any Lot meets the criteria for import into the EU. The refusal of any required Import Licence or Importer Statement, or any delay in obtaining such Licence or Statement shall not give rise to the rescission or cancellation of any Sale, nor allow any delay in making full payment for the Lot.

NOTICE COLLECTIONS, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE Purchases will only be released when cleared funds are received.

All vehicles must be collected from the Bonhams|Cars Marquee by 12noon on Monday 9 October 2023. Customers must notify BY EMAIL ONLY to Suzanne Kress , [email protected], no later than 8pm on the day of the Sale.
Please note that if Suzanne Kress hasn't received your notification on Sunday evening, all vehicles will be automatically removed to a temporary storage facility by the logistics company EXCLUTRANS BV on Monday 9 October at your expense and risk.

All automobilia can be collected from Bonhams|Cars Marquee when payment is received after the sale by 12noon on Monday 9 October 2023.
Thereafter, all lots will be packed and transferred to : Interim Storage Group in WAREGEM

Customers must however notify Suzanne Kress, BY EMAIL ONLY,
[email protected], of Bonhams|Cars no later than 8pm on the day of the sale if they will be collecting their purchase that evening, or by 12noon on Monday 9 October 2023.
In the absence of customer instructions, all Automobilia items will be removed to the Bonhams|Cars warehouse at your expense and risk.
