• Finished in eye-catching black and red
• Only 6,020 miles from new
• De-cat'd exhaust system

While its large-capacity sports models were grabbing the headlines by dominating the World Superbike Championship, it was the relatively humble Monster that was Ducati's real success story, selling worldwide by the container-load and thus ensuring the Italian company's survival. Designed by Miguel Angel Galluzzi and introduced in 1993, the Monster single-handedly kick-started the continuing revival of 'naked' motorcycles. The fact that it was achieved by raiding the parts bin and combining the major components of existing models, only serves to underline the brilliance of Galluzzi's original concept.

Finished in eye-catching black and red, this stunning UK-supplied Ducati Monster S2R is in super condition having covered only 6,020 miles from new. Notable features include a single-sided aluminium swingarm, wide Marchesini alloy wheels, Brembo twin-disc front brakes, and a custom de-cat'd exhaust system. The bike is finished with neat alloy badging on the side panels, denoting its 'R' status. This machine comes with the original exhaust system, a paddock stand, three keys, and the original handbook pack. Accompanying documentation includes a quantity of old MoTs and service receipts, the last belt service having been carried out in May 2022 together with the MoT. Offered with a V5C.
