The Honda AC15 or Dream 50 is a retro style street legal 50 cc single cylinder motorcycle manufactured by Honda in 1997 (CB50V).

Honda built the AC15 to commemorate the successful 1962 Honda CR110 single cylinder racer. Showing the 1960s style were short racing handlebars and an elongated and low-profile fuel tank.
The frame was a diamond design with a reinforced single front down tube bolting to the engine's crankcase. The top of the frame was a reinforced double-tube over and under configuration meeting a multi-tube box under the rider.
Front and rear disc brakes were standard and unusual for a small displacement motorcycle.
The engine was a rare design for 50 cc, having a single cylinder with double overhead camshafts.

Offered here is an example of the rare and collectible 1997 Honda Dream 50 CB50V, a tribute to the successful 1962 Honda CR110 racer. This example was delivered new in 1997 and has been dry-stored since. It remains in effectively 'as new' condition, never having been fuelled up, making it exceptionally desirable. A 'must have' for the serious mini-bike and Honda collector, this charming little machine comes complete with its original mirrors and Belgian registration documents.

It is strongly advisable that overseas purchasers and absentee bidders make contingency arrangements regarding collection with Bonhams in advance of the sale.
Collection is strictly by appointment only and at least 24 hours notice must be given.

Photographic ID will be required at time of collection.
If a third party is collecting for you written authorisation is required in advance from you and photographic ID of the third party is requested at the time of collection.
Buyers should satisfy themselves that they have collected all relevant registration and logbooks, documents and keys relating to their lot(s) at the time of collection.

INSURANCE AFTER THE SALE
Buyers are reminded that their vehicles are their responsibility from the fall of the auction hammer. It is your responsibility to have adequate insurance cover in place. Neither Bonhams, nor their agents, will be liable for any damage or loss that the lot may suffer from the fall of the auction hammer.
So it means that from the moment the sale was online, clients have seen on the website the following conditions of sale:
For Motor Cars and Motorcycles a 15% Buyer's Premium is payable on the first £50,000 of the final Hammer Price of each Lot,
and 12% on any amount by which the Hammer Price exceeds £50,000.
VAT at the standard rate is payable on the Premium by all Buyers, unless otherwise stated.
