Footnotes

The Reliant Scimitar GTE is a very versatile and usable classic. They are generally very popular with their fibreglass body and Ford-sourced powertrains that help them to stand the test of time. This 1978 GTE is an automatic example that's powered by a 2,994cc Ford Essex V6. It has a good history file which details its first registration in 1978 to a Mr J. Foster who owned the car for 21 years until 1999. The car also changed hands again in 2004 and 2008, however in 2013 it was taken off the road entirely. Work will now be required in places, and areas of particular attention include the bodywork, paintwork, engine and interior. The car is sold as a project and offers great potential.
