Footnotes

The R230 Mercedes SL proved to be one of Mercedes' most successful models in the early 2000s. Throughout its production run, the R230 sold well and it was comparably popular against rivals from Bentley and Porsche. It also debuted a number of new features that were previously unseen on an SL, such as a folding hard-top roof and active suspension. This example is a 2003 SL500 that has a low mileage of just 39,684 miles from new. It's powered by Mercedes' renowned 5.0-litre V8 engine that produces 302bhp and offers effortless performance. The car's silver paintwork is in excellent condition. There is good history with the car that includes its original service book and multiple old invoices with a V5C. This a good and well-maintained example.
