* Well prepared classic rally car
* Good restored condition
* Competition history and safety equipment

The MKII Mini Cooper was launched in October 1967 along with other Mini models. It continued the success story of the Mini Cooper, with Cooper 998 and Cooper 1275 S 2-door saloon models.

A well prepared rally car, this 998cc MKII Mini Cooper retains its original coachwork and was fully restored in 1998, with a comprehensive photographic record. There is a collection of bills for spare parts and maintenance including the fitting of a full Safety Devices roll cage, Cobra bucket seats, and a set of Willans harnesses. Notable past rally outings for the car have included the 2001 Classic Marathon, 2001 Winter Challenge, and the 2002 Barcelona Winter Challenge.
