*Td5 Defender
*Use sparingly by vendor
*Rag top and snorkel

With roots traced back to 1948, the Land Rover Defender has evolved into an incredibly versatile cult classic. The Defender is at home in any surrounding and offers go anywhere capability alongside utilitarian practicality. This example is a 1999 model with the 2.5 Td5 five-cylinder diesel engine. The unit is very robust, and has been used sparingly since purchase by the vendor and runs well. This example features the 5 spoke Tornado alloy wheels which are very representative of a Defender of this era. This Td5 features an array of upgrades including, a snorkel, uprated 2" lift kit with uprated shocks and Bearmach springs, uprated racing radiator, uprated alternator with new pulleys and belt, billet aluminium & stainless steel wing top vents, new genuine fuel pump, new rocker cover gasket and cam seal, new sumo steering bars with new rod ends. Outside, this model is of a typical working Land Rover condition, as is the interior. The engine, running gear, gearbox and suspension are also noted as being in good condition. The car also comes with a good history file. The short wheel-based Defender 90 can fulfil any role a new owner throws at it – whether that's being a hard working tow car, off-road toy, or everyday runabout.
