This 'Oscar India' model comes to market with an interesting past, being an original, manual gearbox Vantage believed to have been converted to 'X-Pack' specification, although there are scant details other than an invoice from Fourway Engineering dating from June 1999. That covers converting cylinder heads to unleaded fuel and opening up the ports to X-Pack specification. Finished in its original colour combination of Raven's Black with red leather interior, recent bills detail £16,000 for re-trimming, £25,000 spent on the bodywork and £15,000 for mechanical work. There is strong history comprising three service books containing almost every previous MoT test certificate, correspondence with previous owners and receipts for every sum spent on it since 1980. The private vendor describes this example as in pristine condition throughout.
