Porsche's taste for technology took an interesting sideways step with its tractor range, which used an air-cooled two cylinder 1.6-litre diesel engine. MPH's example comes to market in very good condition, showing very good bodywork, paint, wheels with new tyres and tubes. Body panels were given a re-spray (to the tune of £2000) in the correct Carmine Red/Ivory scheme, with a new bonnet, badges and related fittings added. Other work includes a new exhaust, wiring loom and lights as well as a steering wheel and gauges. Said to starting, running and driving well courtesy of new fuel lines, glow plugs and an oil change, it would be a useful addition to any classic Porsche collection.
