*A true Grand Tourer

There is no denying just how appropriate the 'grand tourer' moniker is to the 412: a multi-cylindered, front-engine/rear wheel-drive two door with plenty of passenger and luggage space. And today, as the estimate shows, the 412 offers great value for money, particularly when one is as well presented as this 1988 example. The bodywork is in good order, the paint and trim having stood the tests of time well. The interior, too, has lasted well and offers a mellowed air that only comes over time, but it remains smart and usable. At the heart of any 412 is its engine, and the vendor reports it is starting and running well and it will be detailed before the sale. Running gear is good, as are the electrics. Coming with some history here is a usable and enjoyable way into truly classic Ferrari motoring.
