This left-hand drive automatic model 1962 Ford Galaxie Sunliner presents well. The Sunliner name was used for the top models in Ford's full-size range from 1958 until 1961, in a marketing attempt to appeal to the excitement surrounding the Space Race. New top-line Galaxie 500 Sunliner convertible models offered plush interiors, more chrome trim outside, and a few additional luxury items over and above what was standard on the plainer Galaxie models. Restored in the USA in the late 1990s, this Sunliner was imported by the vendor last year and has unfortunately seen little use due to personal issues. Running and driving well this rare convertible has a good history file and V5C registration document.
